How OneVirtual Solutions Began
I, Rene Temblador, started OneVirtual Solutions in 2013, working from home right here in Iloilo City.
I had a vision, and we started small. Really small, actually. Just basic computers, internet, and my two brothers. We focused on one thing: providing great virtual assistants to real estate professionals in the United States. That was it.
We learned the business from the ground up, what it takes to deliver amazing remote support, and how to build trust with clients thousands of miles away.
Then something happened. Our clients grew. Their needs changed. They needed more than just VAs. And honestly? We wanted to offer more.
So we expanded. Step by step. What started as virtual assistant work naturally became something bigger. I built a real office. We started hiring talented people across all kinds of roles, including customer service, web development, marketing, and technical support. The list kept growing.
